| In order to promote the development of China’s industrial manufacturing to the direction of intelligence and combined with practical applications,this paper designs and implements the analysis of digital workshop equipment production process data including digital workshop equipment data collection,process data processing and analysis display,and digital workshop three-dimensional processing scene reproduction function.The display platform,through the intuitive display of the data analysis results,combined with the simulation playback of the digital workshop scene,to help optimize the production decision-making,and then improve the effective management of the digital workshop.In this paper,based on the introduction of the status quo of digital workshop development,the overall design of data processing and analysis system for digital workshop process is firstly introduced,and the OPC technical specifications,Hadoop data processing platform and three-dimensional scene involved in the system implementation process are highlighted.The optimization and other key technologies provide a theoretical basis for the later system design and implementation.Then the design and implementation of the three subsystems of data collection,data analysis and scene reproduction are introduced in detail.For data acquisition subsystem,based on OPC technical specifications,design and implement the device data acquisition client;For the data analysis subsystem,using the Hadoop distributed file system as the underlying file system,using HBase to directly manipulate the underlying data,designing the Map/Reduce computing model to analyze the data,and implementing the analysis and processing of the device process data under the Hadoop distributed cluster.The results are displayed directly on the web page.The data migration scheme between traditional database and NoSQL database was studied,and the bidirectional migration of data in Oracle database and HBase database was completed.Regarding the scene reproduction subsystem,the interaction principle of three-dimensional scenes and the three-dimensional scene optimization technology are mainly studied,and the interactive logic design and implementation of the digital workshop scene are realized.The LOD technology,the screening culling technology,and the LightMap technology are used to optimize the scene.Based on the shader LOD-based smooth transition between models,the LOD technique is optimized.Finally,the method and format of data interaction between subsystems are standardized,and the data analysis subsystem and scene re-subsystem are mutually tuned to realize the integration of the entire system. |
