With the rapid development of high-tech industry,bidirectional DC/DC converter has been attracted more and more attention by people’s attention,such as electric vehicles,large capacity UPS,micro grid,new energy power system,aerospace power systems and so on.In order to solve the switching loss and electromagnetic interference problem,this paper adds soft switching unit based on traditional bi-directional DC/DC converter circuit and presents a novel soft switching circuit topology.This paper analysis its working principle and current control algorithm and discusses the feasibility of the converter for charging the energy storage device in the analysis of the energy storage device characteristics.Mainly includes the following aspects of the work:First,This paper analysises the topology and operating characteristics of the traditional bi-directional DC/DC converter,for its problems introduction of soft-switching technology.The basic working principle of soft switch is introduced,and the feasibility of the new soft switching converter topology is proposed.Second,The novel soft switching bi-directional DC/DC converter topology is analyzed,and the detailed discussion of the bidirectional DC/DC converter device used in different storage can equipment principle of work,on their work patterns in the various modes of description and analysis.Design the parameters of the soft switching auxiliary circuit.Through theoretical analysis,simulation and experiment,the working principle of soft switch is verified.It is proved that it can effectively solve the problems of switching loss,electromagnetic interference,energy transmission efficiency and so on.Thirdly,This paper discusses a state prediction of the current inner loop control method and and analyzes a detailed mathematical derivation of its working mechanism in different modes.Finally,This paper discussed the optimization measures for harmonics problem.Then,For bi-directional converter application background,the working principle and performance of the low voltage side energy storage equipment are analyzed,and the new soft switching bidirectional converter is used to charge the energy storage equipment.Aiming at the polarization phenomenon during the charging of the battery,this paper uses the ReflexTM charging method.And the principle of this method is analyzed.Finally,This paper simulation and verified the circuit configuration and control algorithm of the present circuit through using Matlab/Simulink simulation software.The theoretical analysis and simulation results can be verified through the experimental platform.The experimental platform based on Infineon 162FL MCU as the control unit of bi-directional converter,and and with the use of necessary peripheral circuits and energy storage devices.The correctness and feasibility of the soft switching technology and the charging strategy of the battery are analyzed by using the experimental platform.
