| In the automation of industrial production,liquid flow is a very extensive and important part of the measurement field,which is also the basis of material and total control and energy basic management.Therefore,the flowmeter becomes an important category in process automation instrument and device,which is widely used in various fields of national economy.Because of the different measurement principles,there are various types of flowmeters,and each has its own advantages and disadvantages.Volumetric flowmeter with mechanical measurement parts continuously divides the fluid into a single known volume,measures the total volume according to the frequency of filling and emptying repeatedly.It is praised of high measuring accuracy,Volumetric flowmeter is widely used in industry,especially CBM Well Drainage in the oil business.CBM Well Drainage is a long-term stability and meticulous work,understanding and grasping the rate of fluid produced in single well is the base of predicting the quantity of water and gas,even drawing regulation of drainage.In this paper,a volumetric tipping bucket flowmeter is designed in combination with CBM Well Drainage of CNPC coalbed gas branch office.Aiming at measuring liquid flow of partially filled pipe,containing coal,corrosive gas and liquid in two phase,this designed flowmeter uses MSP430F5418A single chip microcomputer as control chip,which is of high-performance and ultra-low power consumption,and combines magnetic control switch magnetic sensor.What’s more,this bistable structure flowmeter can realize accurate measurement for water rate,prevent vibration of error.It can also realize calculating the flow rate and daily output at any time,as well as the Real-time display of the single well,and can effectively monitor the outflow of the single well.Through experiment and debugging,the results show that the flowmeter has stable performance,high measuring precision,convenient operation,good application price. |
