With the rapid development of science and technology,electrical energy plays an increasingly important role in human life.At present,most of the terminal electrical equipment adopts a wired connection method,which will undoubtedly cause accidents such as electric shock.A safe,efficient,and convenient transmission method to solve the last few meters of power transmission has become a hot topic for modern people.Therefore,non-contact wireless power transmission has received widespread research.Firstly,this paper makes a brief introduction to the three radio transmission modes,and introduces the research status at home and abroad.Secondly,the basic theoretical knowledge used in the process of design is introduced in this paper.Finally,the basic structure of three kinds of switched RF power amplifiers is analyzed and the analytical formula of its drain efficiency is also given.The Class-F RF power amplifier is the focus o f this paper.In the analysis of Class-F RF power amplifier,the output parasitic capacitance of the transistor is analyzed,and the leakage voltage is studied in detail.By adding the three harmonic suppression network and the five harmonic supppression network,the loss of the MOS tube is suppressed.The expression of the drain voltage after adding resonant network is given,which provides a theoretical basis for subsequent design.At the same time,the relevant design steps are also given.Finally,based on the analysis of RF theory,two types of Class-F RF power amplifiers are designed,and the ADS radio frequency simulation software is used to analyze them in detail,and the correctness of the design is verified.Under the condition that the source end is not matched.When the output power is set to 5W,The Class-F3/F5RF power amplifier has a 1.5%higher efficiency than the Class-F3RF power amplifier,and can maintain more than88%efficiency near the 5W.The efficiency of the Class-F3/F5 RF power amplifier is 90.5%at 5W.
