Along with the Chinese economy fast development,the orbital transportation also marches into in recent years the development speedway.At present,the city track transportation train travel total dependence in the external power supply,this has limited the flexibility which in the power failure situation the train moves.Proposed carries the stored energy installment based on the vehicle the operation train to move the vehicle technology in exterior power supply paralysis emergency case voluntarily hauling to be more and more urgent.Along with stored energy technology,electric power electronic technology day by day mature and cost depression,starts from the hauling technology on the train to obtain the practical application gradually.The Bombardier Company is first the supplier who applies the battery traction technology on the city axle vehicles.Since then,the technology has been successfully used in domestic Beijing Line 4,Beijing Daxing Line and Thai subway projects in Bangkok,the capital of Thailand.At present,the domestic Beijing 16 lines,the Qingdao 2 lines and so on also increased the battery traction function.Looked like in recent years through the battery traction technology in many project application that,the battery traction technology is one kind mature,the reliable technology,will be one kind of ability which the future city axle vehicles must have.Optimization Design of Battery Traction System for Metro Train Based on the Research Status of Battery Traction System.Comparing the performance analysis of lead-acid batteries,alkaline batteries,and lithium batteries,lithium batteries have obvious advantages in terms of weight energy density,volume energy density,discharge ratio,energy efficiency,environmental protection and energy conservation,etc.The construction of the traction system is also the key work of this article.It is separated from the normal traction circuit by high voltage,effectively controls the charging and discharging mechanism of the battery,and realizes the simplicity and efficiency of the driver's control interface.At present,the use of battery traction technology for domestic and foreign subway vehicles is mostly used by subway vehicles when they are out of storage or when they are simple monotone vehicles.The traction distance and traction speed of trains are not high.The design conditions of this article are self-rescue on the main line.Therefore,simulation analysis and power calculation are more complex.The key of engineering project design lies in practical application.Based on the real project design and renovation,this paper carries out circuit test,and verifies the performance indexes of battery traction function,which is of great significance to the future selection of new energy sources and the large-scale application of battery traction function.
