Electric vehicle has the advantages of high energy efficiency,zero emission,low noise and so on.It is the direction of developing inthe future.Power system testing is an important part in the research and development of electric vehicle.But as a bench test load,traditional dynamometer system can not be directly used for the new electric vehicle power system test.AC electric dynamometer is fast and easy to expand,and is suitable for the development of new test methods.In this paper,as for the above issues,based on the two quadrant AC power dynamometer system,the test and analysis of the dynamic system is launched.The main contents are as follows:It analyzes the characteristics of the electric vehicle operating conditions,as well as various types of dynamometer.Methods were compared to determine which way to build AC power dynamometer load as a test bench.Based on the selected mode and dynamometer type,as well as Direct Torque Control(DTC),this paper focuses on the stator flux,flux angle and the electromagnetic torque at switch changes of the two-quadrant operation.A two-quadrant dynamometer system can be constructed without switching disturbance.For electric vehicles,"flexible thinking" is used to design the overall structure of the test bench.According to comparison between common power systems and the new systems,the structure of system tested and energy management strategy are proposed,as well as two new types of testing.Using advanced vehicle simulation software ADVISOR,different model has been made in sofeware.After certain simulation,the database file get prepared for the test.After testing of the power system,this paper analysis the speed of response and dynamic switching capability.The results showed that the AC power dynamometer respond fastly,and can achieve fast switching without disturbance.The new power systems work with high output torque,long mileage and high work efficiency.In this paper,AC power dynamometer system is analyzed.Two new testing methods is designed.Modeling and simulation is carried out to get the database.Based on the actual test,the test results are analyzed in detail.The result is construction and testing of electric vehicle power system has a certain role.
