Energy is an essential basis for human development.Traditional fossil fuels are non-renewable.Due to the excess exploitation and utilization,it may cause energy depletion and environmental pollution which bring unprecedented pressure and challenge to mankind.As an inexhaustible renewable energy,solar energy has received extensive attention.Solar cells are devices which make use of photoelectric effect to convert light energy into electrical energy.Perovskite solar cell as the newest solar cell is very promising for its low cost and high efficiency.This paper mainly studied the preparation of TiO2/SnO2、TiO2/ZnTiO3/SnO2 composite nano-powders by sol-gel method as the porous material for perovskite solar cells.The influence of different composites coating for cells were discussed.The binary and ternary composite effects for cells were compared.The main contents of this paper were as follows:(1)TiO2/SnO2 composite nano-powders were prepared by sol-gel method,and the influence of different Sn/Ti molar ratios for powders crystal structure and surface morphology were discussed.The XRD results indicated that with the increase of Sn,the grain size of TiO2 were improved first and then declined.When the molar ratio of Sn/Ti was 0.15,the grain size of TiO2 was smallest.The SEM results indicated that with the increase of Sn,the powders reunion phenomenon improved and porosity increased.The UV-Vis results indicated that the transmittance of composite porous films improved so that the absoption of perovskite layer enhanced.The composite nano-powders were assembled as perovskite solar cells by silk screen print method.The electrical workstation results indicated that the cells whose n(Sn):n(Ti)=0.15 had the best property.The conversion efficiency improved 41.5%.(2)In the basis of binary composite,TiO2/ZnTiO3/SnO2 composite nano-powders were prepared by sol-gel method.Then the materials were tested by XRD、SEM and so on.At last the composite nano-powders were assembled as perovskite solar cells by silk screen print method.The influence of binary and ternary composite for cells properties were compared by electrical workstation.The results indicated that the cells properties for ternary composite were better,the conversion efficiency increased by 3.5%compared with the binary compound.
