| In recent years,with the rapid development of our country’s economy,the building construction enterprises have been in a continual growth.In 2016,China construction enterprises’ gross output value reached 19.356.678 billion Yuan with 7.09% growth year-on-year,and for the profit,achieved 67.45 million Yuan increase by 4.55% year-on-year.Meanwhile,the competition among construction enterprises becomes extremely intense,in order to improve their competitiveness,enterprises not only expanded its market share but also loosened credit policy,all of which lead to their high accounting receivables.Due to long project period of construction industry and large project amount,it has been a big problem for enterprises to collect the receivables payment,the high cost of advance-fund caused by plenty of existing receivables both influences the enterprise’s capital turnover and brings risks for operation and finance,even it will be increasingly worsening if this problem is not being paid more and more attention,most likely the enterprise could be in danger of capital chain rupture and eventually go bankrupt when it is at a certain critical point.So,enterprises should think highly of the accounts receivable management.This paper is based on the theory talking about the reason of long-term high accounts receivables.C company is given as a example here,we specially analyzes the problems existing in accounts receivables management and aims at presenting the effective management measures of accounts receivables as well as relevant management strategies,to promote the settlement of rising receivables and flaws in enterprise’s receivables,so that finally to promote the healthy development of enterprises through improving its turnover and efficiency in use of funds.We hope this paper can provide effective practical experiences for same kind of construction enterprises to enhance their accounts receivable management skills and speed up the fund turnover in the business operation. |
