The monolithic structure of modern aerocraft is complex with many special shaped surface,large range of size and lots of detailed requirements.Currently the test after the completion of aerocraft's assembly and abutment mainly rely on conventional and traditional horizontal survey to determine the assembly quality of each major parts of shell body in China.The behindhand detection device,detection mode,data analysis means and complex measuring process due to the slow speed and poor accuracy have been a bottleneck restricting the amount of producing.Digital measurement technology is widely used in the field of manufacturing because of its fast speed,high precision and simple operation.In modern aircraft structure design is widely used in 3D modeling method,theoretical model and actual production are closely related,therefore,to measure the products using digital measuring technology,obtaining 3D data,compared with the theoretical model,can realize the shape of product assembly quality detection.In this paper,the three-dimensional measurement technology suitable for large size products is studied.The principle of binocular vision measurement,data stitching method and application design,and the three-dimensional processing method of measurement indicators are studied:First,Analysis on the development of modern digital measurement technique and application,comparing the advantages and disadvantages of the commonly used digital measurement method,combined with the aerocraft assembly detection conditions and requirements,the large size aerocraft is measured using machine vision measurement technique in 3 dimensions.The measurement principle of binocular vision technique commonly used in machine vision measurement technique is studied;compare and analyze a variety of three-dimensional data stitching methods,and choose the suitable three-dimensional data stitching method for large size products.Then,using the principle of binocular vision measurement and data stitching,combined with the size of the product and the measuring range,the fixed measurement field is designed to realize the product's seamless stitching of 3D data.Based on the principle of measurement,according to the size of measured product,measurement range,measurement efficiency,measurement accuracy and other requirements,the digital three-dimensional measurement system of large product is designed and built.The accuracy verification test and the performance verification test to the measurement system are finished.Finally,equivalently converting horizontal survey measurement index,and converting it into deviation angle or vector deviation,so as to compare and evaluate 3D measurement data.Using digital three-dimensional measurement system and the traditional measurement method for measuring experiments on the same product,compared to the measurement efficiency,measurement data and operating performance analysis,the timeliness on digital 3D measurement system in actual measurement and application is analyzed.
