| White light-emitting diodes(WLEDs),as the new solid-state light sources,had attracted wide attention in scientific and technical fields,owing to high luminous efficiency,long lifetime,environment-friendly,etc.Recently,the commercial way to generate white light is using an In Ca N blue LED chip to excite Y3Al5O16: Ce3+ yellow phosphor,which may lead to poor color rendering index(CRI)and highly correlated color temperature(CCT)due to the lack of red spectral component.Besides,phosphor is mainly packaged by organic resin,which is bad for thermal conductivity and stability.These shortages result in the rising of temperature and shift of emitting light color of WLEDs.In order to overcome these puzzles,phosphor-in-glass(PIG)was prepared by co-sintering method.Before that,Al6Si2O13:x Eu2+,yMn2+ warm-light phosphor with high CRI and low CCT was synthesized by high-temperature solid-state reaction.Besides,a yellow-emitting aluminosilicate glass was prepared by doping Dy3+.The preparation experiments showed that Eu2+ and Mn2+ ions,occupying the structural vacancy of Al6Si2O13(ASO),had little influence on host lattice.ASO:x Eu2+ phosphor exhibited a blue light emission around 475 nm,and the maximum doping amount of Eu2+ was 4.0 mol%.The emission spectrum of ASO:x Eu2+,yMn2+ phosphor existed two emission peak,located at 475 nm and 628 nm,respectively.And the maximum doping amount of Mn2+ was 0.6 mol% in codoping phosphor.The diffuse reflection spectra and fluorescence spectra of ASO:2%Eu2+,yMn2+ phosphors existed an energy transfer phenomenon between Eu2+ and Mn2+.Through analyzing the fluorescence decay curve of ASO:2%Eu2+,yMn2+ phosphors,the energy transfer mechanism of Eu2+-Mn2+ was demonstrated to be electric dipoledipole interaction.Chromaticity diagram of ASO:2%Eu2+,yMn2+ showed the color coordinates and CCT can be changed by adjusting doping amount of Mn2+.A warmwhite light emission,with the color coordinates of(0.3440,0.3302),and the CCT of 4950 K,is achieved by ASO:2%Eu2+,0.6%Mn2+ phosphor.Moreover,phosphor with this composition exhibites a high color rendering index(Ra=92.4,R9=97)under 365 nm excitation.The experiments of the preparation of SABZ-y Dy3+:n ASO phosphor-in-glass had shown that the transmittance and light emitting intensity of PIG were well with 6 wt% doping amount of ASO phosphor.By altering the doping concentration of Dy3+,the color coordinates and CCT of SABZ-y Dy3+:6wt%ASO PIG can be adjusted to(0.3566,0.3414)and 4496 K,respectively.SABZ-2%Dy3+:6wt%ASO material existes an excitation dependence,the color coordinates and color temperature of emitting light can be further regulated by changing excitation wavelength. |
