Hydraulic plunger motor is widely used in the walking machinery and industrial technology for the advantages of high working pressure,good sealing performance,high total efficiency,large output power,small volume and light weight.With the rapid development of domestic and foreign hydraulic technology,higher technical requirements of plunger motor are demanded in terms of energy saving,speed,pressure,noise and reliability.From the perspective of the development of domestic hydraulic technology,the domestic axial piston motor has the problems of low service life and poor reliability.Based on the investigation of the current status of axial piston motors both at home and abroad,a new type of axial piston motor is developed in this paper,which was studied from mathematical modeling,finite element simulation prototype test etc..The development of the new type of axial piston motor is completed.This new type of hydraulic motor has a more reasonable structure and manufacture process.Its product performance is more excellent,and the manufacturing costs are low.Based on the market requirements analyze of high pressure and high speed motor,the design prototype in this thesis meets the performance requirement of market by analyzing the impact of motor pressure,speed of the key factors and optimize the design of key components.The motor has steady starting characteristic,high speed,high pressure and in the leading domestic level in these aspects.Firstly,based on the working principle of the plunger motor,this paper studies the designing of the key components such as the transmission mechanism,the hydraulic motor,the plunger,the spindle,the distribution plate and the cylinder.Mathematical model of key ports is built to analyze the stress condition,and to give the mathematical checking method for it.Secondly,the mechanical model of the key part of the axial piston motor is established in ANSYS,the static simulation is carried out,the stress distribution and deformation of the part are analyzed,and the mechanical check of the axial piston motor is completed.Thirdly,the design of the plunger motor s optimized to reduce the size and weight of the distribution plate and plunger through topology optimization.The whole motor weight is reduced by changing the material and surface treatment process of the cylinder block.The local stress concentration on component is also reduced,which provides the basis for the final design.Finally,the motor passed the performance test and durability test.Compared with the original design,the test data show that the new motor is improved significantly in speed,pressure and volumetric efficiency.It is also validated the theoretical analysis and model simulation.
