In order to protect the deteriorating human living environment,in response to the theme of sustainable development of energy saving and environmental protection,electric vehicles gradually into the people's vision,caused widespread concern.With the rapid development of domestic electric vehicles,the core parts of the R & D has also been greatly improved,especially in the battery,motor and vehicle controller three core components has made considerable progress,but in pure electric Car on the car DC converter(hereinafter referred to as car DC / DC)research in the domestic start late,the development rate is relatively slow,which is not conducive to the development of domestic electric vehicles.In this paper,a 1.2k W vehicle DC / DC converter is designed,and a system composed of two parts: phase shift control and full current rectifier circuit is designed.The main circuit parameters and its control system are designed.The complete simulation model of vehicle DC / DC converter in Matlab / Simulink environment is established,which can accurately reflect the characteristics of the control system.The hardware circuit design of the control system based on Freescale 9S08 and TI is completed.The optimized auxiliary power system is used to prepare the software program of the vehicle DC / DC converter,and the whole system is assembled and experimented.The test prototype achieves 91% efficiency at output power of 1.2k W,output voltage of 14 V,voltage ripple of 100 m V,completed part of the corresponding test of "GB / T 24347-2009 electric vehicle DC / DC converter" standard and The correctness of the control method and the system parameter design method proposed for its application is verified.
