Research On Design Strategy Of Regenerating The Traditional Center Business District By Three-dimensional Development

With the accelerating process of urbanization in China,many urban development problems such as the shortage of urban space resources,unreasonable spatial levels,inefficient space structure,traffic congestion and environmental pollution have gradually exposed and become increasingly serious problems.The urban center is the most concentrated part of the city,which is also the primary object of grooming.Focusing on the background of domestic large-scale urban regeneration,this paper chooses the traditional commercial center in the old city center as the research goal,adopts "K8" urban spatial hierarchy as the spatial development model of "urban regeneration",and uses stereoscopic design method to create suitable commercial hierarchical spatial scales,in order to effectively solve the problem of the traditional commercial center of the city,to achieve sustainable development and urban regeneration of traditional commercial center of the city.This article starts with the basic research of theory.At first,it summarizes and contrasts the practice of the traditional business centers both at home and abroad,and draws on the experience in foreign countries as an effective reference.After that,it introduces the development and construction types of four kinds of three-dimensional commercial centers and introduces three theories to construct the theoretical system of this article.It chooses functional space,traffic space and open space as the main design content,and proposes the overall design principles and aims.According to the three-dimensional regeneration design of functional space,firstly,the concrete connotation of three-dimensional functional space in "K8" mode is expounded,and the composition,proportioning and layout of functional space are designed.On this basis,the layout design is carried out from the vertical and horizontal dimensions,and the functional space of multifunctional city business center such as office,residence and commerce in Paris is analyzed emphatically.The three-dimensional design of traffic space has a richer design conception in the perspective of "K8".The concept of “green traffic” is proposed,and a new definition of three-dimensional traffic system is given.Based on a number of proposed design conceptions,this paper proposes a specific traffic system design strategy for walking and motoring space,including the external traffic environment of the traditional commercial center to achieve the urban space convergence and the traffic environment within the traditional commercial center to meet the diversity of functions space.Based on the original definition of open space,the concept of "generalized open space" is introduced and an open space oriented by service and communication is established.The concrete design tactics start from the three-dimensional layout of the open space and the landscape design,discussing how to enrich the urban space and explore new ways of organic regeneration.In this paper,based on the "K8" model of three-dimensional development of renewable design strategy,Harbin Qiulin Business Center is chosen as a practical exploration.The development model put forward by this paper is applied to the actual situation to test and create an intensive and compact urban space configuration so as to realize the regeneration of the traditional commercial center in the city and finally realize the healthy and sustainable development of urban environment.
