| The spaceport’s heavy rail is the key to ensure success of transition.The precision measurement of spaceport’s heavy rail track is an important research to realize the scientific and automatic of spaceport.Therefore,many countries have carried on a lot of work.The measurements of geodesy and steel rule are used as traditional measuring method commonly.But these methods are greatly influenced by the factors of climate and environment.The automatic degree is relatively low.The accuracy of measurement is affected by operator.They have many uncontrollable factors.Therefore,developing a set of device used for heavy rail track precision gauge is particularly important.In this paper,laser is used as the carrier of precision measurement.Then,the scheme of equipment is served as begin.Hardware system and software system are designed.We have developed a set of gauge precision device that has a high automatic.We have analyzed applicability of the laser ranging technique by comparing the gauge method and several relatively mature non-contact measurement methods.Imposing unilateral measuring system structure and completed the structural design of system.Then the method of dynamic self-centering system is applied to structure design.We designed a set of system that can be achieved through the rail surface.It effectively eliminated the measurement error though use of angle sensor and encoder.The measuring accuracy of heavy rail track precision measuring devices meets design requirement by checking calculation.The design of hardware system has carried on.The system requirements have be analyzed.The performance indicators are clear.The detailed design of self-centering system,dip angle-measuring system,the laser ranging system,industrial control computer system,power system and equipment box and frame have carried on.Finally,we designed a set software system that can be real-time display,dynamic storage and the later data processing through the application of virtual instrument technology.It validated the system working stability through field measurement test.It verified the superiority of the system through comparing different measurement methods.It achieved the precision measurement of heavy rail track. |
