As a key component of the missile cabin parts,large section and plane,is the body’s main load-bearing structure and connected with each other,cabin and docking a bomb,therefore,the quality and efficiency of parts of the cabin docking missile assembly relationship quality and efficiency,occupy a key position in assembly production.But the traditional cabin docking,generally use the manual docking method,need more than with the operating personnel and adjust the attitude,also need to assist with a variety of tooling and the different needs of different platforms and cabin docking tooling.In order to solve the labor intensity and quality problems caused by manual docking,the cabin docking launched the design and test of flexible docking system.According to the characteristics of the cabin,the cabin docking system with six degrees of freedom platform,designs a flexible docking platform and supporting tools,carried out the strength calculation and structure analysis,determine the structure of the platform.Complete the design of control system of the docking platform,the structure and composition of the control system,puts forward the structure of multi axis motion controller IPC+,completed the analysis of trajectories and the algorithm to determine the design compatible security control system design,electromagnetic.On the basis of the above,the further development of the software design of the control system,the man-machine interface,the software architecture and other functional development,the software has high performance and friendly and simple user interface.In the docking and assembly strategy,in order to achieve precise docking of flexible docking assembly geometric guidance and guidance of docking methods,including pose calculation,trajectory planning,put forward by the geometric guidance and guiding force of mixed assembly strategy,to study the cabin of the docking process of different loading conditions,some control measures are given the corresponding adjustment.A cabin to carry out missile precision flexible docking system test,determine the docking process,verify the connecting scheme of relay and compared through software acquisition,test results show that the test cabin docking place,the relevant theoretical analysis to meet the relay. |
