With the development of long-range precision strike weapons,modern warfare has imposed higher requirements on the ability of countries to warn and intercept enemy‘s long-range weapons.Space-based infrared early warning system can locate and track missiles by detecting missile's tail flame in boost phase,which helps missile defense system's early warning and interception of incoming missiles.The research and deployment of space-based infrared early warning system in our country started late.The accuracy of early-warning satellites still needs to be improved,and the missile warning network that can covering the world is still under deployment.Therefore,ballistic target tracking method research needs to be carried out.This paper mainly study the tracking method of ballistic targets by infrared early-warning satellites.Establish the state equations and the measurement equations,design the target tracking filter based on Extended Kalman Filter algorithm,analyze the influence of different sensor parameters on the target tracking accuracy.In order to solve the target tracking problem in non-Gaussian measurement noise conditions,High-degree Cubature Huber-based filtering algorithm is derived,and design the target tracking filter based on this algorithm.For the purpose of solve the problem that time delay of measurement information,High-degree Cubature filtering algorithm for systems with one-step randomly delayed measurements is presented,and design the target tracking filter based on this algorithm.Validate the effectiveness of two algorithms above through Monte Carlo simulation.First of all,the current research status of China and U.S.space-based infrared early warning system and nonlinear filtering theory are investigated and analyzed.The research significance of ballistic target tracking method is presented.Secondly,establish the ballistic target tracking mathematical model,including the definition of coordinate system,and transformation between them.Selecting the current statistical model as a maneuvering target model to derive its discrete formal equation.Establish a measurement model based on sensor measurement principles and early-warning satellite orbital motion model.Then,research Extended Kalman Filtering algorithm(EKF),gives general process of EKF.According to the established mathematical model,determine the state equation and measurement equation of the filter,design the target tracking filter based on EKF.Assess and analyze target tracking accuracy in different situations basis on Monte Carlo Simulation of the effects of different factors on the accuracy of target tracking.At last,gives general process of High-degree Cubature Kalman Filtering algorithm(HCKF),study Huber-Based Filtering theory and processing method of systems with one-step randomly delayed measurements.Using Huber-Based Filtering to improve HCKF,derive High-degree Cubature Huber-based Filtering algorithm(HCHF),and design the target tracking filter based on HCHF.Using processing method of systems with one-step randomly delayed measurements to improve HCKF,propose High-degree Cubature Kalman Filter for systems with one-step randomly delayed measurements(DHCKF),and design the target tracking filter based on DHCKF.Carry out Monte Carlo simulations to verify the effectiveness of the above two algorithms.
