Due to the accelerated aging of the population,the number of patients with limb movement disorders caused by stroke and other diseases has increased.Home rehabilitation is not only an important part of rehabilitation treatment for stroke patients,but also can effectively reduce the disability rate of stroke patients.With the development of wireless body area network technology and inertial motion capture technology,more and more wireless action capture systems are used to monitor patients' independent upper limb training and evaluate the training effect of home rehabilitation.In this paper,a digital monitoring and evaluation system for home rehabilitation for stroke is designed to monitor the training process of the upper limb rehabilitation,standardize the home rehabilitation and improve the recovery effect.The main research results are as follows.First of all,the causes and hazards of stroke,the characteristics and needs of home rehabilitation,and the technical background of the monitoring and evaluation system are described.At the same time,the feasibility of this research is determined based on the development status at home and abroad.Secondly,by analyzing the design requirements,a wireless sensor network based on inertial sensors and ZigBee chips and an upper computer monitoring and evaluation upper computer based on Matlab are designed.Combined with attitude algorithm,the system platform is set up.Thirdly,the 5-DOF artificial arm model was used to establish the human upper arm posture model,and the corresponding algorithm was applied to achieve data fusion and attitude reduction of multiple nodes.Besides,the trajectory of the upper arm and forearm was simulated to calculate the joint angle and the arm position,and the motion was completed.Ratings provide data support.These data are used to evaluate action completion.Finally,the reliability of the system is verified by using the designed experimental system as the platform,and the experimental scheme is designed for the monitoring and evaluation experiment of rehabilitation training,so as to verify the training effect.
