With the development of economy,the total installed capacity of power increases rapidly,especially the coal-fired power plants,which arouses more and more attention as a result of the severe damage of environment.Emission standard of air pollutants for thermal power plants was published in 2011.Exhaust emissions from thermal power plants is strictly controlled.The standard of dust emission increases from 50mg/m3 to 30mg/m3 particularly 20mg/m3 in the key regions,forcing the companies to update and innovate the existing dedusting facilities.The installed capacity of theromelectricity power plant is 2x330MW.According to the control of the Emission standards of air pollutants in the key regions,the The Rebuilding for ESP of Boiler 1~#have begun in February,2015.On the basis of the existing equipment,The power supply for electrostatic precipitator is transformed into High frequency High-Voltage DC Power Supply by using the latest technology of power electronics and then tested and debugged to upgrade the efficiency of dust removal and make the dust emission value meet the standard stipulated by the state.It is proved that the transformation satisfies the every condition on which ESP is operated/for running ESP and that the aim of reducing the amount of dust emission is achieved,which provides not only technical support for the key transformation of electrostatic precipitator,but also the relative reference for the transformation of the similar ESP of generator set.
