With the continuous shortage of fossil energy and the increasing demand for environmental protection, the proportion of clean energy in the energy system is increasing.Especially in recent years with wind power generation(Wind Turbine,Generator,WTG)and photovoltaic power generation(Photo Voltaic Generator,PVG)the rapid development of technology, wind power and photovoltaic power generation has been widely used, therefore, the active distribution network(Active Distribution Network,ADN)came into being.Active distribution network which is equipped with a large number of distributed power supply(Distributed Generation DG)device. On the one hand,it improves the clean energy utilization rate and increases the flexibility of the network;on the other hand,it has also brought some influence to the network stability and safety. In order to make full use of renewable energy and reduce the adverse impact of distributed power access on the system, the rational planning of distributed power supply should be carried out.At the same time, network reconfiguration is an important means to optimize the power flow and reduce network loss in the active distribution network, and it is necessary to consider it in the planning stage. Therefore, this paper is mainly divided into two parts to study the distributed power planning under the active distribution network. In the first part, based on the minimum annual comprehensive cost function and the uncertainty of wind speed, illumination and load, the paper gives the uncertain scene set of "wind-light-load",and establish the robust optimization model of distributed power in active distribution network. In the second part of the power supply planning considering network reconstruction,in the first part on the basis of a robust distributed power network reconstruction planning model considering the active power distribution network. The specific research contents are as follows:(1)The paper introduces the definition and characteristics of active distribution network and analyzes the active management mode of distribution networkplanning challenges;introduces the important position of the network reconstruction as an effective means of active management and its application in the planning stages of distributed power supply;analysis of the distributed power network under high permeability uncertainty. And the paper introduces measures which solve the active distribution network uncertainties.(2)In view of the uncertainty of wind speed, light and load, the paper sets up the "wind-light-load" uncertain scenarios and establishes the robust optimization model of distributed power in active distribution network. This model takes the minimum annual comprehensive cost as the objective function.Besides traditional planning constraints,it also considers the operation constraints of distributed generation and the permeability constraint of distributed generation. At the same time, the standard particle swarm optimization(Standard Particle Swarm Optimization,PSO)is used to solve the planning model. Finally,in this paper, the IEEE33 node system is simulated, and the impact of robustness on the DG planning and the system economy is analyzed.(3)The paper considers the network reconfiguration and consider the network reconfiguration cost and switching times of restriction based on DG planning robust optimization model. At the same time, this paper decomposes the model by the bi level optimization theory.According to the characteristics of the two level models, the paper use the standard particle swarm optimization algorithm and binary particle swarm optimization(BPSO)to solve the two level programming model respectively. Finally, this paper is divided into 4 cases of IEEE33 node example system simulation, analyze the influence network reconfiguration and robustness of economic planning and DG system, and introduces the load loss cost and the cost of two abandoned wind indicators, analyzes the factors influencing the system reliability, the simulation verifies the effect of robust programming model for reliability active distribution network.
