All condition transported bridge erecting machine is a new type of high-speed railway bridge equipment that can be used in a mountainous geography environment to collect the functions of lifting beams,transporting beams,and girders.The entire vehicle consists of two separate front and rear drive systems.The composition,if there is a phenomenon that the front vehicle and the rear vehicle do not synchronize,it will inevitably cause the ball joint of the mobile bridge erector and the frame to be subjected to excessive force,which is not conducive to the long-term use of the equipment.This dissertation focuses on the problem of walking synchronization and fine control for all-condition mobile bridge cranes.Firstly,the basic structure of the vehicle and the process flow of the girder are introduced,and the causes and consequences of the non-synchronization during walking are analyzed.Secondly,this paper analyzes and studies the traveling driving system of the mobile bridge erector,understands the control characteristics of the traveling driving system of the vehicle,compares different walking synchronization control strategies,and analyzes the two pressure closed-loop synchronous control strategies theoretically.Thirdly,with the aid of AMEsim and Matlab software for electro-hydraulic co-simulation,the superiority of the pressure closed-loop synchronous control strategy based on the preceding vehicle driving pressure to adjust the rear vehicle driving pressure is verified.Finally,through field tests,the changes of front and rear vehicle drive pressures under different operating conditions are analyzed.The results show that the pressure closed-loop synchronous control strategy based on the fuzzy control structure to adjust the rear vehicle drive pressure through the front vehicle drive pressure can make the bridge The machine pressure synchronization error is kept within a smaller range,achieving fine control of the walking synchronization of the entire vehicle.
