In recent years,due to the global energy crisis and environmental pollution,more and more countries begin to pay attention to the research of renewable energy in the field of distributed power generation technology.In the wide application of distributed generation technology,micro-grid can effectively solve the problem of distribution network stability caused by distributed generation technology,and improve the utilization ratio of renewable energy,the reliability of power supply on the user side and the power quality.The energy management system of micro-grid is of great significance to improve the power supply reliability,operation economy and security of the whole network.This paper focuses on multi-time scale energy optimization management.Firstly,on the basis of detailed analysis of the characteristics of each distributed generation in micro-grid,the characteristics of each load on the demand side are analyzed,and the load is classified according to the different load characteristics.The energy management model of micro-grid based on demand side response is established.Secondly,aiming at the intermittent and uncertain problem of renewable energy,a rolling optimization multi-time scale optimization method is designed to optimize the energy management of micro-grid from two time scales.Based on the model predictive control algorithm,the rolling optimization in the future limited time domain is solved based on the model predictive control algorithm,and the rolling optimization method is used to compare the results of the long time scale optimization with the actual values.It can effectively eliminate the deviation between active power output and actual active power output of controllable distributed power supply.Moreover,in order to reduce the scheduling of distributed power controllable pressure and lower scheduling costs,long time scale presents a two-step optimization method,the first step is the demand side scheduling strategy,the difference between supply and demand in large,priority scheduling demand side,to follow the development of renewable energy electricity,improve the utilization of renewable energy sources and reduce frequent scheduling of controllable distributed power supply;the second step is touse a coral reef optimization algorithm to optimize the scheduling of distributed power supply.Finally,in order to prove the feasibility and superiority of the above optimization methods,two optimization algorithms are selected and compared with coral reef optimization algorithms in the aspects of generalization ability,optimization accuracy and convergence speed.Then,three algorithms are used to solve the energy optimal management problem of micro-grid,and the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed optimization method are verified by RT-LAB simulation platform.
