As an important metal component of the concrete pipe pile,the end plate owns the advantages of high bearing capacity,high cost performance and simple manufacturing.It has been widely researched and applied in recent years.At present,the forging,rolling,flame cutting and metallurgical casting are used to produce the blanks,and then the finished products are manufactured by mechanical processing.The traditional mode of production has the disadvantages of high energy consumption and low production efficiency.Therefore,based on the above problems,team has designed and manufactured the special forming machine for the end plate ring parts,and carried out the research on the forming basic theory and simulation technology,so as to achieve the purpose of developing a new efficient and low consumption forming process.In view of the technological characteristics of the special forming machine,the paper has discussed on the theoretical research,the finite element simulation and the field experiment verification.This dissertation researches theory of forming,which contains stress and strain in the forming process,the shift of the neutral layer and the bending spring-back,and the article establishes the corresponding calculation formulas.The finite element results of different working conditions are analyzed,and the distribution law of the unstable region and the stable zone of the residual curvature and the width of the inner and outer edges of the cross section is studied.The variation of residual curvature and radius of curvature,the variation of the width of the inner and outer edge of the section is analyzed,and the formula for calculating the variation of the curvature radius and the width of the inner and outer edges of the blank is fitted.The distribution of stress and strain in the process of forming and unloading and the flow law of metal along all directions are obtained.The VB program is used to compiling the calculation formula into the parameterized operation program and verifying the accuracy of the program.Taking the result of program calculation as the data basis of reverse deformation of end plate annular blank,the machining scheme is improved,and the residual stress and ellipticity are analyzed.This dissertation carries out spiral forming experiments of ring parts blank underdifferent working conditions.The experimental results and simulation results are compared and analyzed to verify the reliability and finite element model correctness of the blank forming machine for end plate ring parts.Through the process test,study has obtain the spiral circular ring with good forming effect,which has accumulated valuable experience for the actual production.
