The layout of workshop facilities is an important part of manufacturing system design.Production efficiency has a significant impact.With the intensification of market competition and customer personalized demand,enterprises must have a high flexible layout to cope with changing production plans,This brings about the problem of dynamic layout of workshop.Whether the existing workshop facilities can adapt to the dynamic production demand is an important factor to reduce the production cost and improve the competitiveness.It has important theoretical and practical significance for the study of dynamic facility layout.First of all,this paper describes the development of facility layout,summarizes the domestic and foreign scholars' research on facility layout,leads to the research content of this paper,introduces the related theory of facility layout.This paper probes into the types and forms of workshop facility layout,expounds the advantages and disadvantages of the existing layout types and layout forms,and simply introduces the algorithm of facility layout,selects the dynamic layout of workshop facilities as the research object,Static facility layout is supplemented by comparison.Secondly,the factors influencing the dynamic layout of workshop facilities were analyzed,and the mathematical model was selected as the optimization goal by selecting material handling costs,rearrangement costs,and non-logistic relations.The model introduced Flexible Bay Structure(FBS)and related variables were Analyze and determine the objective function.In the model construction,the elastic zone architecture regards the layout area as a zone,the zones are arranged from left to right,and the facilities are arranged rationally in these zones,and one can hold no facilities.Zones are treated as aisles,and the length-width ratio of the facilities is also limited,making the results more in line with the actual situation.Finally,the genetic algorithm is used to solve the problem.According to the characteristics of the model,coding,decoding and genetic operation are designed.Then,combining the relevant data in the case,the mathematical model and the improved geneticalgorithm matlab program are written.The operation results are analyzed to verify that the three optimization objectives of the dynamic facility layout can reach the optimum at the same time.The advantages of the former are verified by comparing the static facility layout with the material handling cost and the non-logistics relationship.
