Caofeidian Port is the largest bulk cargo loading and unloading port in the north.Under the background of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei integration,Industrial Port Co.,Ltd.has ushered in the opportunity for development.The bridge ship unloader also faces new challenges as the company's main unloading equipment..With the development of electronic control technology,ship unloaders have begun to transition from traditional manual operations to automatic control.At the same time,according to the on-site investigation,it is found that the failure rate of the blanking system of the bridge ship unloader is generally high.In order to improve work efficiency,this article automates the entire equipment transformation to mechanically improve the problem of centralized blanking systems.The main contents are as follows:(1)Analyze the failure of the unloader's blanking system,abandon the original hydraulic push rod,and move the blanking device of the liner.Redesign a blanking device for the rack and pinion to move the blanking system.Completely improved.(2)Analyze the working condition of the mobile trolley,obtain the load of the mobile trolley on the guide rail,select the appropriate motor,design the size of the guide rail,and calculate the gear parameters.(3)In order to adapt to the automatic transformation,the laser scanner,gyroscope and GPS positioning device were installed and placed on the ship unloader,and the connection form of each device with the ship unloader was described.(4)The main three links of the ship unloader automation transformation process: drive link,information collection link,and control link are analyzed in detail.The electrical components required for each link are selected,and the electrical system principle of the automation transformation is explained..(5)Develop the control system software,design the man-machine interaction interface of the ship unloader automation transformation,clarify the principle of automatic ship unloading of the whole ship unloader,and carry out systematic analysis for each module involved.
