| This research subject use the development history and current situation of fuel line system at home and abroad as the basis,the present customers and market demand and standard of pipe development as indicators,in the context of today’s complex fuel,decrescent engines,lightweighted cars,environmentally friendly vehicle emissions,research and development tubes which can fulfill the diverse needs of the current automobile market with low extractable and low permeability performance and promoted them.The main research work is as follows:First of all,investigation and research the history,development and present situation of the application of polymer materials in the automotive industry,and the current market demand and development direction of the fuel line system.The researchers combined with the characteristics of different types of polymer materials,in-depth analysis the materials and structures which can meet the future needs of customers and market.Combined with the corresponding standard rigid index for material selection,designed the structure which can be made of the material we have confirmed.,the researchers carried out the low emission,low permeability fuel pipeline system technical feasibility study.And then,the research and development work of low extractable and low permeability pipes were carried out.After eliminating the interference of the materials’ different performance,we develop low extractable and low permeability pipe structure and material which can be used in the fuel system.After the technical discussion and analysis the development feasibility of the pipe producing,production commissioning,confirming the pipe physicochemical properties,readjust the process parameters of the pipes which performance does not meet the standard requirements for many cycles.Finally,the work of development and trial production of the pipe which can fulfill the requirements of low extractable and low permeability pipeline is completed.Finally,the work of confirming the pipe physicochemical properties and optimizing pipes performance by design of experiment(DOE)was carried out.After optimizing pipes performance by design of experiment and performance verification of whole process of pipe production,we developed multilayer composite tube fulfilling standard requirement and meeting the marke demand which are using in fuel system with low extractable and low permeability performance,and pipeline assembly system which are consists of this pipes in the end.This research work can provide pipeline products which can fulfill the market demand with low extractable and low permeability performance in fuel system to the host plant and tier one suppliers such as tank factory,it has important significance to improve the performance of the fuel pipeline and general applicability. |
