With the mass consumption of oil energy and the increasing of car ownership in the world,oil shortages and environmental pollution have become two major global problems.Hybrid electric vehicle is an important way to solve this two problems,and energy distribution control strategy is the key technology of hybrid electric vehicle development.Based on the practice of engineering project,this thesis carried out the research of energy distribution control strategy based on three-axle hybrid electric four-wheel driving delivery vehicle model.This thesis mainly completes the following aspects:1.Introduce the background,significance and research status of hybrid electric vehicles in this thesis,and expound the main types of management strategies of hybrid electric delivery vehicles,and analyze their respective characteristics.2.In this thesis,take a three-axle hybrid electric four-wheel driving delivery vehicle model as the research object,and design the dynamic system structure of the vehile.This thesis analyzes the structural characteristics of the optional scheme,and then determines the four-wheel driving system structure and introduces the main parameters of the powertrain on the three-axle delivery vehicle.3.Design three-axle hybrid electric delivery vehicle energy allocation strategy and dynamic coordinated control strategy for mode switching.In combination with the characteristics of plug-in hybrid electric vehile,the energy allocation control strategy on the two stages of charge depleting and charge sustaining is set up.Design the dynamic coordinated control strategy in the process of switching mode,and the effect on this control strategy is verified.4.Joint simulation.Based on CRUISE environment,vehicle simulation model of three-axle delivery vehicle are built,based on MATLAB/Simulink environment,the energy distribution strategy and the mode switching dynamic coordination control strategy of three-axle delivery vehicle are built.The simulation results show that the fuel consumption of the whole vehicle is reduced by 12%,and the effectiveness and rationality of the energy allocation control strategy are preliminarily verified.5.Road test verification.The three-axle hybrid electric delivery vehicle controller is selected,MeCa will write the control strategy through the CAN line into the vehicle controller;And then design the real vehicle testing scheme on the three-axle hybrid delivery vehicle,carrying on the real vehicle road test,the vehicle road test showed that the fuel consumption of the whole vehicle is reduced by 11%,the effectiveness and rationality of energy distribution control strategy are verified again.
