In recent years,with the rapid development of the economy and with the continuous improvement of the level of engineering construction,super high-rise buildings have emerged in large numbers in China,among which the steel frame-concrete corewall hybrid structure system has been widely used.The increase in building height also brings new technical difficulties to structure design and construction.During the construction period,the stiffness,boundary conditions and loads of the structure are constantly changing along with the construction process.The traditional overall design of the structure is no longer suitable for the super high-rise structure.It is necessary to carry out the whole process simulation analysis of the super high-rise structure.Through the construction monitoring of the super high-rise buildings,combined with construction simulation analysis and construction monitoring to ensure the safety of the structure in the construction process.This paper takes the high-rise irregular steel frame-concrete corewall hybrid structure of the main building of Shenzhen Huide as the engineering background,and discusses some influencing factors in the simulation analysis of the construction process of super high-rise steel frame-concrete corewall hybrid structure.According to the actual construction,this paper makes a simulation analysis on the main building of Huide,some of the calculation results are discussed.Based on the results of simulation analysis and the characteristics of the main building structure of Huide,a reasonable monitoring plan was developed to monitor the displacement and stress,and the monitoring data was compared with the calculation results of the simulation analysis.The specific research content are as follows:(1)The structural features of the high-rise steel frame-concrete corewall hybrid structure are introduced,and the construction process simulation and construction monitoring process are briefly introduced.(2)The precise simulation construction method in the analysis method of the construction phase is introduced in detail.Using accurate simulation construction method,the vertical deformation of the structure show the shape of a parabola.A simplified model is established by using a standard floor plan layout of the main building of Shenzhen Huide.Midas Gen is adopted to analyze the influence of the analysis method,concrete shrinkage and creep,the number of ahead construction layers of the corewall and the number of floors added in the construction stage on the results of simulation analysis.(3)Based on the actual project background of the main building of the Shenzhen Huide,according to the existing construction progress information of the structure and the future construction schedule,the construction phase of the model is divided,and then the construction simulation analysis are carried out,and the results of the calculation are analyzed and discussed,the deformation characteristics and stress characteristics of key components under the construction progress are got.(4)Combining the calculation results of the construction simulation analysis with the characteristics of the main building of Huide,a reasonable and clear construction monitoring plan is formulated to monitor the displacement and stress of key components;the measured data with the simulated data are compared for analysis,and the causes of the deviations are further analyzed and discussed.
