With environmental issues becoming global issues,the development of natural gas has attracted worldwide attention.In recent years,review the development of the LNG satellite stations,Bad defects appears accompany with the development of the LNG satellite stations,such as the waste of LNG satellite stations,the lack of power required for daily operations,and the lack of self-monitoring systems and intelligent upgrading of satellite stations.Therefore,it is necessary to further scrutinize the development status and development needs of LNG satellite stations,taking further in-depth research and development on some of these issues to propose corresponding solutions.This paper discusses the current status of the development of LNG satellite stations in the country,especially the current status of LNG satellite stations for cold power generation and the problems and drawbacks of the subsequent development of LNG satellite stations.Based on the existing conditions of LNG satellite stations,research,design and development of two types of LNG satellite stations for cold energy power miniaturization process.Based on the research and design of the miniaturization of LNG satellite stations for cold power generation,The butane is selected as the circulating working fluid.The order of the rate for change of power generation by the single factor is: the ratio of the evaporating pressure with the condensing pressure of the working fluid > the mass flow rate of the working fluid> the evaporation temperature of the working fluid > the LNG mass flow rate.The inlet temperature of the LNG is-155°C,the outlet temperature is-140°C,the flow rate is 460kg/h,the evaporation pressure of the working fluid is 150 kPa,the evaporation temperature of the refrigerant is 11°C,the absolute pressure of the gas motor outlet is 101.4kPa,and the flow rate is 80kg/h,generating capacity is 99.86 W.Based on the research and design of the miniaturization of LNG satellite stations for cold power generation,Special selection and structural design of key equipment in the process,builtin power generation structure under the condition of small pressure difference between the front and rear of the impeller of the gas motor,and the structure of external power generation under the condition of large differential pressure between the front and rear of the gas motor impeller.Based on the background conditions of a domestic LNG satellite station and the LNG cold energy power generation miniaturization process plan II,the project was designed.The results show,With this engineering solution,when the mass flow rate of LNG is 1.3 t/h-2.2 t/h,the mass flow rate of circulating refrigerant is 0.23 t/h,and the distance between the condenser and evaporator in the vertical direction is 2.5 m,98 W can be emitted.Meet the power needs of the gasification system in the station.The LNG satellite station’s miniaturization process for cold power generation designed in the article has the disadvantages of low utilization of cold energy and the need to further increase the power generation capacity.To provide more electricity equipment to help solve and improve the LNG satellite station monitoring system and intelligent upgrades.
