Study On Overhaul Technology Of Heat Exchanger In A320 Air Condition System

In recent years,with the economic development in our country,China Civil Aviation transportation industry has been gradually entering a rapid development stage.The civil aviation maintenance industry also has been faceing the opportunity and challenge,and urgently needed to expand the maintenance ability.A320 series heat exchanger,as part of the air condition system,directly affect the cabin temperature and humidity performance.Because of the harsh environment,high temperature and humid air,this leaded to an increased failure rate.However,heat exchanger manufacturers implemented technology blockade,the technology and the key equipment,cutting machine and welding machine wasn’t provided.In consideration of ensuring the safety of aircraft operation and creating more profits for the company,it is especially important to study on repair technology of heat exchanger independently.Based on the original parts manual,the AIRBUS standard process manual and the related welding industry standards,the author analyzes the structure and fault of the air-conditioning system by combining with the existing maintenance and engineering experience.Further more,the cutting machine and welding machine,as the key equipment,have been designed.A complete and effective technology have been lie down.The main contents of this thesis are as follows:First of all,the appropriate heat exchanger cutting equipment have beed selected by comparing the existing cutting process,and the special clamp and alignment tools have been fabricated;Second,by comparing test result,the faded coating method of using the best chemical paint and sand blast were selected.Thirdly,according to the dimension and structure characteristics of the heat exchanger,a special welding equipment have been designed.Finally,the reliability and practicality of renovation process have been verified by testing and inspecting,and expand to the further use of other heat exchangers.After the above investigations,a special cutting band sawing machine has been fabricated with its daily cutting capacity up to 6EA;A special welding tooling has also been fabricated.According to the process,during the overhaul of 80 heat exchangers,the maintenance completed with revenue of over RMB4.8 million.At the same time,according to the process,six abilities of the other aircraft components have been established.
