With the LED light efficiency and the overall increase in the amount of light,high-power LED lighting in the ordinary lighting has been expanding,the corresponding power drive also with the market warming mushroomed.But there are also some problems: short life,efficiency is not high,low power factor,does not meet the national certification standards.in order to solve these problems,this paper designs a kind of excellent performance by studying the theory and technology of LED drive power,designing the design method of transformer,constant current constant voltage drive circuit,EMI filter circuit,PFC circuit and feedback loop circuit.High-performance high power factor 150 W LED street lamp drive power.In this paper,the research of high-power driving power is included:(1)design PFC control circuit.The booster PFC control circuit is designed with a power factor controller CM6807 with CCM continuous conduction mode to suppress the higher harmonics of the input current,to achieve higher efficiency and reliability,and to provide a stable DC input voltage for the later stage.Through the simulation of the key waveform of the PFC circuit,the feasibility of the circuit is determined.(2)design DC / DC conversion circuit.Aiming at the problem of high frequency switching loss and efficiency of LED driving power supply,the scheme of DC / DC conversion based on SR69 half bridge resonant control circuit based on CM6900 resonator with better soft start technology is adopted.Based on the analysis of the working principle of the resonant network,SRC is based on the fact that SRC is easier to achieve synchronous rectification and improve efficiency.The design parameters of SRC resonant network and the control circuit of CM6900 are proposed.At the same time,the circuit uses LM358 to realize constant current limit Pressure feedback circuit design,providing CV / CC control.(3)design EMI rectifier filter circuit,to solve the electromagnetic compatibility and safety requirements.(4)Finally,the overall circuit of the experimental debugging,the key to the circuit waveform test,the test results show that the drive in a wide voltage conditions can be normal 150 W constant current output,EMC compliance,power factor greater than 0.98(230VAC,full load),the machine efficiency is greater than 95%(230VAC,full load),meet the design goals.
