Abstract/Summary:
In the field of gear transmission research,tooth profile research is a hot spot.The purpose of this paper is to develop new means and methods in gear profile research.There are some shortcomings in the existing involute gear transmission,for example,because of the characteristics of the gear transmission structure,although it has the characteristics of compact structure,it is not suitable for long-distance transmission,and the whole volume is too large and is relatively heavy in large distance transmission;again,in the process of involute gear transmission,the coincidence degree is more than that of the involute gear transmission.Low,only a small number of teeth are involved in the transmission process at the same time,so the bearing capacity of the whole gear is not fully played in the transmission capacity;the structure is limited by the minimum number of root cutting teeth and the tip of the tooth,and the compact structure of the structure has not been fully played in the practical application.In this paper,using the diversity of design flexibility and form of cam mechanism,a new concept of linkage cam transmission is proposed for the first time,and indirect meshing transmission is established and expanded on the basis of this.The linkage cam drive is made up of two cams through a middleware to form an indirect transmission form of a camshaft and another input camshaft.On the basis of the new concept of new transmission,the basic structure and composition of the middleware(cam follower)as an example of the direct moving form of the heart are introduced,and its transmission characteristics and some constraint specifications are introduced,and the tooth profile relation of the main and driven cam is expounded and deduced,and the design of this design is described.The method is feasible and expansibility.In order to solve the geometric closed continuous transmission in the process of linkage cam transmission in the process of transmission,the combined application method of multi group linkage cam mechanism is put forward,which is named as the linkage cam mechanism.According to the relative position relation of each cam axis,the basic structure of the axial dislocation group and the circumferential dislocation group are introduced,and the design method of the linkage cam mechanism is introduced,which lays the principle foundation for the form diversity of the linkage cam transmission mechanism.A detailed structural description is given for the outer gear drive and the internal gear drive of the couplet linkage cam drive.Based on the structure of the middleware and the variation of the offset,offset,and bias direction of the cam relative to the cam,the different structures under the condition of the cam mechanism of the direct moving follower are synthesized.The indirect conjugate condition is derived for two cases of double center and double eccentric.The conclusion isthat the function of indirect conjugate two cam contour can satisfy the relationship of "the same function relationship and the ratio of the independent variable is exactly the transmission ratio".Under the double bias condition,the function of the indirect conjugate two cam contour should be specific.By shortening the length of the middleware and turning the length to zero,the linkage cam transmission is evolved from the indirect meshing transmission to the direct meshing transmission.When the offset circle of the camshaft is satisfied with the base circle of the cam,the outer meshing involute gear transmission is obtained if the moving axis of the middleware is cut in the reverse drive of the two offset circle.If the middle moving shaft is cut outside the two offset circle to achieve the same direction transmission,the internal involute gear drive can be obtained.Through the evolution of the linkage cam transmission to the involute gear transmission,it is preliminarily verified that the indirect meshing linkage cam transmission is the basic form of the direct meshing transmission mode.With the change of the conditions,it is expected to establish the correlation between the various direct meshing transmission,and to study and discover the new transmission mode.The new tooth profile provides clues.
