This article investigates the status quo of the AHP and the evaluation system of the world's green buildings and analyzes the status quo and existing problems of the China's green buildings evaluation works.Based on the existing green buildings evaluation standards,based on the basic theory and methods of the AHP,a set of quantitative green buildings evaluation methods was concluded.The research results can provide references for the evaluation of green buildings in China.First of all,in the study of the green buildings evaluation methods,based on the green buildings evaluation standards,the weights of 42 indicators were quantitatively determined using the analytic hierarchy process,and all indicators of the index systems were stratified: they were divided into target layers(targets Layers),criterion level(factor level),and program level(sub-factor level)are processed in three levels,and each level of indicators is gradually subdivided to form a large number of sub-indicators and the weights of each indicator are determined by calculation.Based on these,the integration is the weights of the index systems of the green buildings evaluation system were determined,and the hierarchical structure analysis model of the green buildings evaluation was finally constructed to provide a theoretical basis for the quantitative evaluation of green buildings in the software system.Next,based on the green buildings evaluation criteria,the entire evaluation system development was completed.Firstly,in the analysis of green buildings appraisal needs,the requirements of the green buildings appraisal system and the business workflow are all described in detail,and the top-level data flow diagram of the green building appraisal system and various users in the systems are given according to its business work flow.Detailed use case analysis.Secondly,in the analysis and design of the green buildings evaluation system,firstly the extraction of entity classes was carried out and their function modeling,dynamic modeling and entity modeling were separately performed.Then both the control classes and the boundary classes were extracted.Detailed work on the control classes,and then determine the class' s properties and methods,and use state mode and command mode to set the two different methods of the class,and finally the use of the class to perform detailed operations.Then,in the design of the green buildings evaluation database,the database needs to be analyzed firstly,then the database is designed and the conceptual model analysis and logical model analysis are used to analyze the database design process,and the database is implemented.Finally,the green buildings evaluation system constructed above was developed,and the software engineering method was used to complete the test work and it was tested in the relevant evaluation department.The results showed that its function and performance met the requirements of green building evaluation.
