With the development of society and economy and the improvement of people’s living standards,people also put forward higher requirements on the energy-saving of air-conditioners and the thermal comfort of interior personnel.However,air-conditioned room temperature sensors are usually mounted on the wall near the doorway and their temperature measurements do not represent the temperature of the indoor work area.Room temperature control,based on this value,often can not meet the requirements of work area control.Therefore,how to determine the most suitable installation position of the indoor sensor and adjust the room temperature by the measured value so as to keep the thermal comfort of the indoor staff and the energy-saving of the air-conditioning system becomes the direction and purpose of this research.Firstly,Based on the a multi-measuring platform for air-conditioned rooms,which measured the temperature and wind speed of air-conditioned rooms and obtained the effective blowing temperature at different measuring points.when the indoor multi-measuring point arrangement is studied,the vertical height of the test stand is 0.75 m,1.1 m,1.3 m,1.5 m,1.7 m,1.9 m at the sensor layout,used to calculate the effective indoor air temperature and determine the most suitable indoor sensor installation location.Secondly,It can be considered that the different blowing volumes on the indoor blowing temperature,indoor thermal comfort and air conditioning system energy.At the same time,the fusion analysis based on the weighted error fusion algorithm is carried out,and the result of measurement point 1 is the closest to the fusion result.It is helpful to maintain the thermal comfort of the occupants and the energy-saving of air conditioning system.Finally,Taking the temperature and wind speed value detected by measuring point 1 as the feedback value,the single-neuron PID is used to control the indoor temperature in combination with the characteristics of the end-sealing of the VAV air conditioning system.Simulation control analysis is carried out in MATLAB,The controller with good control effect is selected,the control algorithm is loaded into the actual system operation of the air conditioner,the room temperature control is basically stable,and has better practical application value. |
