| The cool storage air conditioning system is an important means to eliminate peak and valley filling in power system,and has been widely applied in recent years.The coil ice storage system and water storage system are widely used in China,and there are many problems in the application of ice storage system.First of all,the rational selection of cold storage methods: the application of ice storage system and water storage system is from several hundred RTh to hundreds of thousands of RTh,but for different cold storage systems,which kind of cold storage way is less economical.In addition,for the water storage system,the thickness of the inclined temperature layer of the storage tank directly affects the efficiency of the cold storage system.The thickness and the storage capacity of the actual operation can meet the requirements of the design,and few researchers have carried out the actual research.Ice storage technology is relatively mature,but there is no evaluation index that can comprehensively consider energy efficiency and economy.For the selection of the cold storage mode,through the network and field investigation of the existing cold storage projects,the total life cycle total life cycle cost of the coil ice storage system and the water storage system under different cold storage scale is theoretically calculated.The ice storage scale is less than 20000 RTh,and the ice storage scale is less than about the total life cycle cost.The total cost of the cold storage and water storage system has little difference.When the cold storage scale is more than 20000 RTh,the total life cycle cost of the water storage is less than that of the ice storage system.The conclusion is that the cold storage scale is small and the total cost of the two cold storage methods is close.It is suggested that the appropriate cold storage method be chosen according to the actual demand,and the cold storage scale is higher than that of the 20000 RTh even if the project has enough space to occupy space,it is recommended to adopt a more economical water storage system.With regard to the problem of the actual operating thickness of the inclined temperature layer of the storage tank in the water storage system,the author tests two water storage projects in Shanghai and the water storage system in Malaysia,especially the inclined temperature layer of the storage tank.It is found that the thickness of the inclined temperature layer of the storage tank is generally thick and generally reaches 2.5m~3m,and the inclined temperature layer of the water storage tank of the outstanding water storage projects in foreign countries is also up to 1.5m,and the inclined temperature layer of a water storage tank in Shanghai is up to 5m because of the unreasonable operation strategy.At the same time,the author has tested an ice storage project in Hangzhou.Because of the 14 year operation time,the main engine and other equipment run well,but many sensors in the system are not accurate enough to lead the operation and maintenance personnel to end the refrigeration in advance,and the cold storage capacity can not reach the design requirements completely.For the scientific and reasonable evaluation of ice storage,the existing evaluation indexes are divided into economic evaluation and energy efficiency evaluation,which are independent of each other.Through the analysis of the existing indexes,the author combines the system running time price with the time by hour efficiency ratio of the system equipment,develops an evaluation method reflecting the energy efficiency and economy,and compares the actual operation data of the ice storage and the conventional system to verify the availability of the method. |
