In recent years,the rapid and steady development of China's economy has led to the ever-increasing energy consumption of buildings,making building energy-saving technology an increasingly important research target for architects and related researchers.The development of building energy-saving technologies is inseparable from the energy consumption simulation software.Therefore,an energy-conserving software with simple operation and low error rate of simulation results will further promote the development of energy-saving technologies.In the process of energy consumption analysis,the accuracy of energy consumption prediction results has a great impact on energy-saving design.With the rapid development of domestic BIM technology,it is undoubtedly the combination of EnergyPlus energy analysis software and BIM technology.Engineers provide a convenient and convenient way to simulate energy consumption.Based on the above background,this article will use AutoDesk Revit(hereinafter referred to as Revit)software to build a comprehensive building construction information model in Xi'an as an experimental object.Firstly,the intelligent partitioning algorithm of hotspots combined with the internal functions of the room is proposed to eliminate the subjective errors caused by manually dividing the hotspots,thereby improving the accuracy of the simulation results.Then,through in-depth research on the process execution process of EnergyPlus and other aspects,the energy consumptionsimulation analysis application program based on the Web-side with EnergyPlus as the computing core is realized,so that the building designer does not need to master the EnergyPlus complex.By setting the process and setting options,you can accurately predict the load by simply importing the established BIM model into the corresponding format and upload it to the Web.This solves the problem of the difficulty of using EnergyPlus.Finally,use the actual project to verify the reliability of this algorithm.The results show that the energy consumption of the proposed algorithm that divides the hot zone and performs energy simulation is 90.2% higher than the true value.
