| The masonry structure is a common structure in China,and the common sintered brick masonry is still the main force in the village and town house in the future because of its easy material and convenient construction.It is found that many brick and brick buildings in villages and towns have varying degrees of disease.It is urgent for necessary repair and reinforcement.In response to this situation,the research group put forward a reinforcement mortar band reinforcement method for rural dangerous housing and has been successfully applied to engineering practice.In this paper,we will further analyze and calculate the reinforcement method of reinforced mortar band by ABAQUS,and study its performance to enhance the seismic performance of masonry structure by finite element simulation.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)On the basis of the existing brick wall pseudo static test,the finite element model of 3 unreinforced brick walls was established,and the wall slices were simulated and loaded with one way and low cycle reciprocating,and the load displacement curves were output,and the stress performance of the brick wall under low cyclic loading was studied.By comparing the calculated results with the experimental data,the rationality of the calculation method and material constitutive equation is verified,and the similarities and differences between the two kinds of wall loading methods are compared.(2)Establish the finite element model of 4 reinforced walls.By comparing the calculation results before and after reinforcement,the improvement of the wall bearing capacity,deformation performance and energy dissipation capacity of different reinforcement mortar bands is studied.On this basis,pushover analysis of 18 wall models with different reinforcement methods is carried out to study the effect of vertical compressive stress on the reinforcement effect of reinforced mortar band.(3)1 simplified finite element models and elastoplastic time history analysis are established for single-layer brick and wood structure building,and the crack location and damage degree of the model is judged according to the calculated drawing damage cloud map.Then,based on the experience of engineering practice,the structural model of 1 reinforced mortar bands is established.By comparing the tensile damage parameters and the displacement time history of the pre and post models under different seismic intensity,the reinforcement of the reinforced mortar band to the overall seismic performance of the single layer brick masonry building is discussed.Through the above research,it can be seen that reinforcement with reinforced mortar can effectively improve the ductility and energy consumption of brick walls,and delay the damage development of brick masonry structure when it encountered earthquake.It is a practical new reinforcement method suitable for the promotion of rural areas,towns and rural areas. |
