China is a country with coal as the main energy source,burning coal produces a large amount of nitrogen oxideNO_xNO_xgas,are one of the major pollutants that pollute the atmosphere.Because too muchNO_xcan cause serious ecological and environmental problems,so controlling of thermal power plant emissions is very important.In July 1,2014,the state promulgated the GB13223 emission standard which ask the emission of harmful gases of new thermal power plants is less then the required100mg/Nm~3for air pollutants in thermal power plants.With the increasingly serious pollution of the ecological environment,The state promulgated the notice on issues related to the policy of supporting the ultra-low emission price of coal-fired power plants and the circular on the full implementation of the plan for the ultra-low emission and energy saving transformation of coal-fired power plants,which askNO_xemission concentration is not higher than50mg/Nm~3under the condition of 6%oxygen content.Although the traditional CFB has a low temperature lowNO_xcombustion advantages,most of the initial emissions are in the150~300mg/Nm~3,200~300MW grade CFB boiler emissions of original nitrogen oxides,under the latest national environmental standards,there is no advantage of CFB low emission.In order to meet the limit of atmospheric pollutant emission standards for thermal power plants in China in 2014,most of the CFB boilers adopt selective non catalytic reduction technology to reduce the final emissions in flue gas.The efficiency ofdenitration with SNCR technology in CFB boiler is low to 50%~60%.In order to stabilize the ultra-low emission standards required by the country,more advanced ultra-low emission technologies must be studied.Inner Mongolia Jingtai Power Generation Co.,Ltd.has 2 sub CFB generator sets.At present,the emission value of pollutants in boiler flue gas is too large,which can not meet the requirement of ultra-low emission standard of power plant boiler.In order to realize the ultra low emission of the boiler unit,it is urgent to carry out the research on the ultra low emission technology of the large-scale CFB boiler.
