Study On The Low Maintenance Design Of Plants Landscape In City Park

With the continuous promotion of modern urban construction,especially for the sustained acceleration of China's urbanization in recent years,the topics on the design and construction of plants landscape in city park have increasingly aroused great concerns from all walks of life.There is lack of a complete system to the study on the low maintenance design of plants landscape in China's city park,and at present,the related study is still in emerging phase.In order to promote the quality of the plants landscape in city park,lots of cities cost huge sum of money to bring in numerous introduced plants to build landscape effect,but overlook the feelings of users and all aspects of demands,which becomes a major characteristic for the construction of plants landscape in city park at this stage.The result is to not only cause expensive maintenance charge,but also to cause the shortage of regional characteristics and humanistic care in the constructed plants landscape,so,it is difficult to achieve sustainable development.In this paper,the writer firstly puts forward the necessity and significance of the plants landscape design of the city park based on the "low maintenance theory",briefly summarizes the development history of the low maintenance design and plants landscape in city park,specifies the basic concepts of the low maintenance design and city park,and furthermore,teases out the research techniques and research situation at home and abroad.Secondly,the writer analyzes the core value and relevant design principle of the low maintenance design in the plants landscape of the modern city park,summarizes the four design strategies of "low waste","low intervention","low bindfollow" and "low maintenance" in the application of the plants landscape of the modern city park,and furthermore,makes detailed discussion in the aspects of background proposal,practical case,specific way,etc.They,based on the above principles and strategies,the writer carries out survey to the Hankou Marshland City Park of Wuhan City,analyzes the application conditions of the relevant principles and strategies of low maintenance design.And Finaly,specific to the existing problems and shortages,the writer puts forward recommendations for improvement,summarizes the research contents of the full text and proposes a prospect of the future.
