In the high speed wind tunnel,studying Mach Number of continuously variable nozzle segments is to meet the requires of test section and even more get a high quality flow field.Therefore,after the emergence of continuously variable nozzles with Mach Number,each military power has conducted an in-depth study about its related technologies.In the research,The nozzle section adopts semi-soft wall nozzle,including adjustable contraction segment,throat and flexo plate.The nozzle actuator adopts a multi-branch and multi-drive mechanism.Throat is a key component for connecting adjustable shrinkage sections and flex plates in semi-soft wall nozzles,and it ensures the accuracy of profile and coordinate adjustable shrink segments and flex plates,Therefore,the throat adopts a parallel six-degree-of-freedom mechanism.Based on above all,the paper has manufactured the control system and related motion control.The main works of this paper are listed as below.Firstly,by consulting literature on wind tunnels and semi-soft walls at domestic and abroad,it masters the research status of semi-soft nozzles.Describing the background and necessity of conducting about this research,and introducing the characteristics of semi-soft wall nozzle wind tunnels.Secondly,introducing corresponding mechanical structure,and proceed from the basic technical requirements of electrical and hydraulic control and the technical requirements of this research,completing control system topology design and key parts selection.Including the selection of various hardware devices in the electronic control part of the control system and the integration of hydraulic related componentsThirdly,analyzing kinematics and dynamics of six-degree-of-freedom mechanism about throat mechanism.Analyzing nozzle profile,static pressure,the force between the throat and adjustable contraction segment.Finally,in combination with the requirements of the profile,conducting an in-depth study of the motion control of the throat block.Giving each driver a trajectory planning integrating specific data.And through the MATLAB software to calculate the trajectory planning point,importing it into ADAMS software to simulate and get the result.After adding the corresponding force,resulting in the driving force of the slider by the simulation,and determineing the parameters of the cylinder.
