The research on longitudinal vibration of ship thrust bearing is an important point to improve the stealth of the ship itself.In this paper,theoretical calculation and numerical simulation are used to calculate and design the characteristic frequencies of thin plates.At the same time,the method of finite element simulation and experiment is used to study the damping device of thrust bearing with different attenuation models,and the low frequency vibration of thrust bearing seat is controlled.Aiming at the longitudinal vibration of thrust bearings,the principle of resonance vibration absorption is adopted.First,the size parameters of the resonance model are determined.In this regard,three different resonance models are proposed: metal sheet,resonant cavity and acoustic supermaterial.Through simulation analysis,the size parameters of the three resonance models are finally determined.Secondly,a liquid pulsation attenuation device for thrust bearing is designed and manufactured.According to the experimental principle,the experimental scheme is determined.The experimental results of different working conditions of different resonance models are carried out respectively,and the experimental results are obtained and the analysis and evaluation are carried out.Then,the finite element software is used to establish the model and carry out the simulation analysis,and the results of the experimental results of the thrust bearing liquid attenuator are explained.It is found that the attenuation characteristic of the thrust bearing with square metal sheet is better than that of the thrust bearing with circular plate,and the attenuation characteristic of the thrust bearing with the phononic crystal plate is optimal.Finally,the effect of the vibration attenuation of the thrust bearing seat is mainly due to the resonance absorption of the metal sheet or the phononic crystal structure plate,and then the low frequency vibration of the thrust bearing is controlled.It is found that the attenuation device of the thrust bearing with the phononic crystal plate can only be attenuated to the thrust bearing seat only when the plexiglass plate in the phononic crystal supermaterial is resonant,and it is best compared to the other two cases,and the attenuation band is also the most wide.Through the study of the longitudinal vibration of the thrust bearing,the feasibility of the principle of vibration absorption and vibration absorption has been recognized.At the same time,it is found that the vibration damping effect of the phononic crystal structure plate is better,and it has a certain application significance for the engineering application.
