With the wide application of computer technology and information integration technology in the machinery manufacturing industry,the traditional design pattern based on two-dimensional drawings has been unable to meet the needs of the enterprise to integrate the manufacturing information.Especially in the process of assembly and manufacture of complex products,such as diesel engines,the current design mode seriously restricts the production efficiency of enterprises.At present,marine diesel engine is faced with many problems such as low BOM conversion efficiency,complex process design and lack of verification methods for process plan in assembly process design.From the point of view of unified data sources,this paper analyzes the integration of multiple system applications,conducts in-depth research on the key technologies for the main body,including ABOM conversion,structured process design,and process simulation verification,and builds a platform for marine diesel engine structured assembly process design.And promotes the development of diesel engine manufacturing enterprises to advanced manufacturing.The specific research content is as follows:1)The EBOM is used as a data source for the design of structured assembly processes to develop ABOM conversion technology.Based on the analysis of the differences in the various BOM views in the enterprise,the ABOM conversion was implemented according to the company’s production requirements and the established rules.Using a similar matching approach,a BOM template is obtained to realize template-based ABOM conversion and improve BOM conversion efficiency.2)Aiming at the problems of low efficiency of assembly process design,confusion of process data management,and low efficiency of process document generation,a structured assembly process design method was proposed.On the basis of BOM conversion,combined with the results of assembly sequence planning,the structured production process of the assembly process is realized.Based on this,a detailed process design was developed,including detailed process design,preparation of process descriptions,and assignment of process resources.Finally,through the development of the integrated system platform,the automated production of assembly process files is completed.3)Focusing on the assembly process design of complex products,the research on optimization of assembly process design based on simulation verification was carried out.With the help of simulation application system,the assembly process scheme is verified through interference inspection,ergonomic analysis and other means.Through data quantitative analysis and information integration platform,the feedback regulation mechanism of assembly process simulation is explored.Finally,a verification integration platform based on assembly process design and simulation was constructed to solve the problem of lack of reliable verification methods for the evaluation of the assembly process plan4)Based on the above theoretical analysis,combined with the relevant application systems,the development of a prototype system for structural assembly process design was developed to achieve data sharing and unification between product design and process manufacturing.And through the use of simulation software for process simulation and optimization,the goal of improving assembly process design efficiency and quality was achieved.
