This object is based on the research to realize a high precision processing grinder of a national “863 Project” key project(2012AA041309)Donghua University declared.According to the design and manufacturing requirements of nano-grinder,this object conducts a numerical simulation analysis and analyzes some certain parts to optimize the processing,concerning the influence of the internal environment of the grinder based on that grinder processing requires(20±0.3)? temperature control accuracy,besides the thermal stability and uniformity of the processing area.Firstly,after considering the background along with current status and meaning of the research,a simple Air condition design for the room should be done to make sure the simulation afterwards corresponds with the reality,including the building-up of physical model,dividing of cells and nodes,setting-up of boundary condition.Of course a CFD model should be built up to simulate the situation of all the operation room and the grinder machine itself.Three kinds of variables should be concerned during the case to see how they would affect the temperature uniformity.They are inlet temperature,inlet velocity of supply air and heat flux of the grinder machine.In this part,it focuses on making a suggestion how the inlet temperature and velocity are to make the temperature uniformity at a reasonable level and try to conclude some formula to fit the situation.Then,according the suggestion above,some disturbances should be obtained to make the simulation similar to the reality.In this part,how the cycle and amplitude of supply air inlet wave affect correspondence curve of working surface temperature to make sure the machine work well above these situations.Besides,it is also important to find out what will go on when the grinder uses different materials and how the curve of temperature will react if the initial temperature is lower or higher.That will all be a foundation to support how make the grinder work in a better temperature condition to make sure the machining operation maintained on a high level.
