With the rapid development of China's economy,market competition in all walks of life has become increasingly fierce.Automobile sales industry,as an important part of the economic field,is deeply influenced by the change of the macro environment.Among them,the automobile 4S shop is the most serious.In recent years,with the transformation of the economic structure and the enhancement of people's awareness of environmental protection,the government has also promulgated a series of policies aimed at automobile sales industry,which brings opportunities to the car 4S store and also increases the corresponding challenges.Many 4S shops have been eliminated from the market in this great change,which shows that the risks of enterprises are large.Among them,financial risk is the most important part of enterprise risk.How to control it effectively has become a major concern of business operators.Therefore,this article takes a typical representative 4S store as an example to study the financial risk control of the company.On the content structure,the article is divided into six chapters.The first chapter is the introduction,which mainly clarifies the research background,significance and purpose of this paper,and collate the research status of financial risk control at home and abroad;the second chapter introduces the concept and theoretical basis of this article in detail;the third chapter is based on the Y car service limited company as the research object,and the detailed analysis of this The existing problems and causes in the current situation of enterprise financial risk control;the fourth chapter is the path selection analysis.As the core chapter of this article,its role is to reflect the research process of the paper,and to demonstrate why the following measures should be chosen in combination with the specific circumstances of the enterprise;the fifth chapter puts forward specific countermeasures against the existing problems of Y public company.Suggestions;the sixth chapter summarizes the full text,aiming at clarifying the conclusions,echoing the introduction,and explaining the deficiencies and prospects of the study.It is hoped that this study can solve the difficulties faced by Y company and provide reference for the financial risk control of automobile 4S store industry.
