As roads continue to be built around the world,the traffic becomes more and more convenient and the passenger cars have slowly entered into our lives.With the use of transport,the distance is not a problem,but it brings about safety,energy saving,pollution and other related issues.As the first issue of vehicle safety,safety is getting more and more attention from buyers and suppliers.Vehicle safety includes two parts: active safety and passive safety.Passive safety refers to the protective measure that works at the time of accident,and laws and regulations have strict requirements.Seatbelt is the most essential part of passive safety,because the importance of its protection has been compulsorily incorporated into the law.Seatbelt system has had from the original lock-free retractor to the pretensioner and load limiter.At present,the most important research is about the driver's seat in the front,while the front passenger side often has a relatively weak consciousness and physical condition.Among the many types of collision,the frontal collision is a most important collision type.Therefore,this research studies the protection effect of the frontal crash on the passenger side under the pretensioner and load limiter.The steps are as follows:First of all,the research summarizes the current situation of traffic safety and frontal collision-related safety regulations and damage assessment.Through the introduction of the anchorage,the buckle and the retractor,the process and structure of the pretensioners and load limiter in the seatbelt system are introduced and the seatbelt regulations are introduced.Using MADYMO software builds the front full-width collision vehicle,seatbelts,airbags,dummies and other simulation models to complete the test on the C-NCAP real car test.Under the combined analysis of anchor,buckle,and retractor,the pretensioners and load limiter of anchor and buckle device are the best protection device for the passenger injury factor.The pretensioners and load limiter of anchor and buckle device make parameters optimized.The sensitivity analysis method is used to optimize the four parameters and determine the range of their values.The damage limit value of the 50 th percentile dummy refers to the scaling theory of the dummy.At the same time,the damage limit value of the 5th percentile dummy refers to the 50 th percentile dummy.Based on it,the pretensioners and load limiter of anchor and buckle device make parameters Orthogonal optimized.The simulation results show: The advancement of the ignition time and the relative increase of the position of the height adjuster greatly increased the protective effect of the 50 th percentile dummy,and the WIC has been decreased by 26.52%.The 5th percentile dummy also needs to increase the amount of pretensioner length.Dummy's protective effect has also been improved,WIC can be reduced by 6.93%.
