Vibration is one of the most common phenomena in the nature and a lot of vibration machinery has played an important role in various industrial field.In recent years,with the continuous research in chaos,it was found that if chaos is used as the source of vibration,many ndustrial processesd can obtain better performance.In the application field of vibration compaction,due to the chaotic vibration has the characteristics of ctontinuous and wide freqency,it has more abundant frequency component and more intense speed change than the single frequency vibrating,which is conducive to the vibration compaction.The existing control methods for generating chaotic motion in the permanent magnet synchronous motor apply the time delay feedback mehod,which produce the bidirectional chaotic motion.However,they can not generate the required vibration frequency for te vibration compaction.The unidirectional chaotic motion is given by the tracking control method chaotic system,which has certain limitations in response time.Therefore,it is very important to study the unidirectional chaos generation method of the motor drive,so as to obtain one-way boardband vibration for making contribution for engineering practice.In this thesis,based on the application background of the vibrating compaction,we study the one-way chaotic generation method of the permanent magnet synchronous motor.On the basis of traditional motor vector control system,this thesis proposes a unidirectional chaotic anti control system of permanent magnet synchronous motor by improving the existing chaotic anti control algorithm,solving the problem that the existing delay feedback algorithm can not produce the desired frequency of the vibration,because of the motor speed bidirectional movement The rotation speed of the motor is controlled in a ertain expected base speed flucuation,so that the motor can realize unidirectionall chaotic motion.As a vibration source,the one-way chaos can be used to make the vibration compaction device to generate the vibration of the desired frequency band.As a result,the large range of the material to resonate,and the better vibration compaction effect can be obtained.MATLAB/Simulink is used to simulate the system,and the algorithm is implemented on the experimental platform of permanent magnet synchronous motor based on TMS320F28335 DSP TI.Finally,the constant reference given,the chaotic reference speed tracking method,and the proposed chaotic speed generation method are used to carry out vibration compaction contrast experiments in the vibration compaction device.Through the results of comparison experiments,we find that the direct time delay algorithm proposed in this paper is not only a great decrease in displacement in the unit time,but also the less energy consumption in per millimeter.Therefore,the proposed method has a great effect on improving the compaction efficiency and energy saving performance.
