Intelligent Railway Tunnel Crack Width Measurement System Is Analysis Study Based On Machine Vision

Intelligent railway tunnel crack width measurement system is a collection of modern electronic technology,computer software and hardware technology,precision machining technology and image processing technology in the integration of high-tech products,can realize measurement data collection,data processing and automation in the whole process of the data showed.At present,the railway tunnel department to cross section inside the turnnel crack width and length is still in the artificial measurement stage,the real time and accuracy of measurement results no better protection,therefore,carries on the crack width measurement system for railway tunnel intelligence research has the very realistic significance.Stucdy cracking mechanism and the Influencing factors of cement material requirements,in this paper,integrated application of digital image processing technology,image analysis technology,such as target tracking technology,developed a kind of measuring the internal cross section of railway tunnel in crack width and the length of the measurement system,to be able to crack the real-time accurate automatic measurement.This paper main work are as follows:1.According to the actual demand analysis,system overall design and the construction of hardware platform,enables these modules to establish scientific and effective as a whole.2.According to the characteristics of the cracks in the digital image,the cracks on the basis of the digital image processing to calculate the measured crack width and length.3.By measuring crack algorithm,makes the measuring system can according to the measured crack image information and the measured fracture by laser rangefinders measured distance,back to the computer,so as to realize the cracks in the non contact,high accuracy,digitization,intelligent measurement.4.Software system is in vc + + 6.0 software platform for camera calibration,the prototype for the lab test and field measurement,the system measurement precision is 0.2 mm,reached the design requirements of the measurement system.
