| In civil air transport,a series of ground support services are required after the aircraft lands at the airport or takes off from the airport.These services are mainly provided by the airport ground support department,assigned by Airport Command Center(ACC),and executed by ground support staffs.Civil aviation airport ground support task assignment is now mainly by way of walkie-talkie or computer system.Whichever method is used,it needs fine management.Studying the assignment of civil aviation airport ground support tasks is critical to improving airport operating efficiency.As airport operating efficiency increases,airport capacity will increase accordingly.The task assignment problem is a typical combination optimization problem.It is to find the variable combination problem that makes the objective function maximum and minimum value under given conditions.The solution space of this kind of problem is discrete,and the computational complexity is very high,which belongs to the NP-hard problem.When the scale of the problem is small,optimal solutions can be obtained by classical methods such as linear programming,integer programming,dynamic programming,and Branch-and-Bound Algorithm.As the scale of the problem increases,the solution space also grows exponentially or factorially,and it becomes increasingly difficult to obtain an accurate optimal solution.When the problem is large,there is no suitable algorithm to find the accurate optimal solution,but to approximate the optimal solution.The best algorithms for solving such problems are intelligent optimization algorithms.This kind of algorithms uses random search or probability strategy to obtain the optimal or global approximate solution of the problem with a large probability within a feasible time,so as to ensure a good balance between the quality of the solution and the calculation cost.The research contributions are as follow:(1)Study on the assignment of ground support tasks for civil aviation airports.This article comprehensively reviews the civil airport ground support tasks,lists the ground support tasks for the civil aviation airport,sorts out the production and distribution process of the civil aviation airport ground support tasks,and analyzes the task assignment problem and constraints.These constraints include a constraint library and an organization library that affect the task assignment results.It is found that the ground support task assignment problem for civil aviation airports is actually assigned by the first-level dispatching staffs of the ACC to the second-level dispatchers of various departments,and the second-level dispatchers of various departments choose which staff to execute the corresponding tasks.(2)A task assignment model under constraints is proposed.According to the study of the civil aviation airport ground support task assignment,the set theory is used to represent the task assignment components and relationship,and a formal model is constructed.Then according to task assignment objectives,constraints and some reasonable assumptions,a mathematical model for task assignment under constraints is designed.The qualitative and quantitative descriptions of formal models and mathematical models provide solutions and methods for task assignment.(3)The Artificial Raindrop Algorithm is used to solve the task assignment problem.The best way to solve the task assignment problem is the intelligent optimization algorithm.The Artificial Raindrop Algorithm is a novel and efficient algorithm in many intelligent optimization algorithms.However,the current research of this algorithm is limited to solving the optimization problem of continuous variables,and the variables of task assignment problem are discrete.In this article,the important operator and the termination condition of the Artificial Raindrop Algorithm are redesigned by using the integer coding method,and the Artificial Raindrop Algorithm is used to solve the task assignment problem.(4)A case analysis of civil aviation airport’s maintenance assignment.Take the actual case of civil aviation airport’s maintenance assignment,analyze and process the data,and use the task assignment model under constraints to solve the task assignment problem,and the Artificial Raindrop Algorithm is used to solve the problem and the experimental results are obtained.By comparing the experimental results with the actual task assignment results,the effectiveness of the task assignment model under constraints is verified. |
