The mechanical system will be in contact with each other in the process of transmission, and the contact characteristics of two contact parts have great influence on the stability of the whole mechanical system. When we design the relevant parts,we usually think that the material is homogeneous. However,in the actual production process, there will be initial defects such as impurities, pores and cracks. It is because of these defects, the contact properties will be changed. If we design mechanical parts by using the relevant contact characteristics of homogeneous materials. It will have a certain effect on the life of the mechanical parts. And it leads to some accidents. Therefore,it is very important to study the contact properties of heterogeneous materials.First, the finite element software is used to simulate the homogeneous single peak contact model. The relationship between the contact load, the contact area and the deformation of the elastic stage is calculated.By comparing with Hertz theory, our model is verified. We analyzed the surface contact pressure distribution in the elastic range.Compared with the surface contact pressure introduced by Hertz formula, the results almost agree with each other. Then we simulated the different materials and the single peak radius. The results show that,in a certain range, the material properties and the single peak radius have no influence on the relationship between the dimensionless contact load, the contact area and the interference. We study the elastic and elastoplastic contact properties of heterogeneous single peaks in a given material range.Secondly,On the basis of a homogeneous single peak model,a contact mechanics model of heterogeneous structure is established. We study the clastic and elastoplastic contact properties of non-homogeneous single peaks in a given material range. The relationship between the critical interference under different inclusion parameters and the first plastic deformation is fitted. The surface contact pressure and Mises stress along he Y axis are also studied. The influence of inclusion parameters on contact performance is studied. In the end,in this paper,an equivalent conversion method is used to study the stress field of mixed semi-space and two-phase space. The study shows that the presence of impurities will affect the stress field around them.We give different eigenstrains to study their effect on the displacement and stress at any point in space. The research shows that when the impurity reaches a certain depth, the influence of inclusion on the stress of space is not changing.
