Frequent traffic congetions in the city have brought incalculable losses to citizens.After the occurrence of traffic congetions,scientific and rational methods of traffic deversion are needed to effectively guide the congested road sections and reduce the harm caused by traffic congestion.The traditional single dersion route will lead to the subsequent congestion effect of the adjacent road segments and cannot meet the actual application requirements.There is a need for a set of deversion models that take into account the dynamic changes of the road network,and the selection of deversion routes is an integral part of the deversion model.Multi-diversion routes are of great significance for preventing congestion from spreading and improving road network efficiency.Firstly,this paper analyzes the related theories and practices of traffic deversion models at home and abroad,summarizes the shortcomings and defects in the existing traffic deversion models,and proposes the method of deversion routes in this paper.The advantage of the traffic deversion model is that multiple origin-destination pairs are selected from multiple upstream and downstream nodes.Considering the selection of multiple shortest paths for the actual operation of the deversion path in the deversion process,this route selection can ensure that the road network will not generate new congested sections caused by changing the traveler's tarvel routes.The establishment of this model is divided into two phases,The first stage is to confirm the influence area of the congested road section,and propose the calculation method of the influence field under the topological and distance constraints.The second stage is the choice of deversion route.Firstly,a multi-static shortest path deversion strategy is established in a static traffic environment.Then,according to the situation of roads after traffic allocation,a multi-distraction path selection strategy is established in the face of congested and groomed road sections.The implementation method of the derversion model is based on the transformation of Dijkstra and BFS according to the requirements.Finally,the traffic deversion model proposed in this paper is evaluated through actual cases.The results show that the model is necessary in the practical application scenario and has high application value.Through the research of this paper,the establishment of the deversion model for urban congested road sections has been completed,which has enriched the research methods of road congestion and deversion,and provided a framework and reference for the establishment of more scientific and reasonable grooming models.Due to the use of empirical values and simulation data for some parameter values of the model established in the paper,it needs to be further studied.In the follow-up studies,the actual data in reality will be used to further study the evacuation strategies for congested roads and other issues.
