Hyperspectral detection technology can acquire two-dimensional spatial information of the object to be measured and one-dimensional spectral information of each point in the space.The hyperspectral image contains many spectral pixels,each pixel reflects the spectral information in a specific continuous wave band of the object to be measured,which has important research significance.At present,hyperspectral detection technology has been widely used in such fields as environmental detection,national defense military,and geological survey.Hyperspectrometer is used to study the state,composition and spectral characteristics of the object to be measured.In recent years,the development has been very rapid.However,the conventional imaging hyperspectrometer has complex installation and commissioning,which also has a high requirement for the use of the environment.In order to comply with the needs of the era of mobile intelligence,imaging hyperspectrometer is developing towards the miniaturization.At present,there is a difficult problem in the field of hyperspectrometer for mobile intelligence,that is most of the current hyperspectrometer and industrial cameras are mainly based on USB interface or Gigabit Ethernet interface,and can not provide the interface of wireless for data transmission,which seriously limits the application of the hyperspectrometer.Our research group has a XIMEA hyperspectral camera based on the IMEC 5×5Mosaic chip,which can achieve the acquisition of hyperspectral data,and also uses USB 3.0 as the data transmission interface.In order to expand the application range of the XIMEA hyperspectral camera and aim at the shortcomings of the traditional spectrometer’s low portability,this paper designed a miniature hyperspectral detection system based on the "hyperspectral camera + spectrum adapter + Android platform spectral image processing software",collecting hyperspectral imaging,hyperspectral image acquisition and processing in one,and complete the software design of thehyperspectral data’s acquisition and processing.The main work of the dissertation is as follows:(1)Design a miniature hyperspectral detection system,and according to the working principle of hyperspectral cameras and spectral adapters,specify the design requirements of the spectral application software to determine the design scheme of the spectral image processing software for the Android platform.(2)Set up a development environment for android spectral image processing software,and analyse spectral application structure、important components,design spectral image processing software function modules to complete mobile control of hyperspectral cameras,spectral image data acquisition and processing.(3)Realize the real-time preview of the original spectral video stream based on the android platform,and customize the android view component to display the original spectral image and the characteristic spectral curve of the pixel,reduce the dimension to separate the hyperspectral image data for the single band spectral image.(4)Test and analyse the micro-spectral detection system,and the spectrum image processing results show that the miniature hyperspectral detection system can achieve the desired results and solve the defects of the hyperspectral camera in mobile intelligence.Transplant the hyperspectral imaging and processing functions to android mobile terminal,which has important practical value and application prospects.
